Attorney Thomas Refning Poulsen is a law firm in Herning that was founded in 2002.

 

Thomas Refning Poulsen, born in 1968, worked in a number of reputable law firms before he became self-employed.

 

Thomas Refning Poulsen graduated as a lawyer from Aarhus University in 1995 and has the right to appear before the District Court, the High Court and the Maritime and Commercial Court in all cases, and was appointed as a lawyer by the Ministry of Justice in 2000.

 

Lawyer Thomas Refning Poulsen offers both Danish, English, German and Polish legal assistance, both in writing and in speech.

 

Paulina Kaminska has a degree in law from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in Poland. Paulina assists with legal assistance to our Polish clients here in the country and abroad, and also assists our Danish clients who have business activities in Poland. Before joining us, Paulina was a fleet manager at a major European company within data networks.

Therefore, we only take on cases that are within our areas of competence, so that we can offer you the most competent help. We endeavor to be as transparent as possible about the pricing of our services, and all agreements with our clients are on a written basis.

 

If we cannot help you with a case due to busyness, or because the case is outside our areas of competence, we always offer to refer you to a competent colleague.

 

We are a member of the Bar Association and have taken out professional liability insurance with Tryg Forsikring A/S.

 

We do not use special choice of law or venue agreements.
